Welcome
to my hobby site . The next few pages
will have information and
pictures of my hobbies .
I build and fly radio control model aircraft
and N
scale model railroading. There will also be
pictures of some of my friends and their aircraft. I
design and
build many of the aircraft that I fly. I
have one friend in particular
who is the best
designer and the most prolific builder that I have
ever known his name is Pat Tritle and he is one of
the most
knowledgeable people in this hobby
especially in the electric model
field. So please
enjoy and if you have any comments of
suggestions to improve my site please feel free
to contact me .

scale in the bones. This plane
at completion weighted in a 6 lb's 5 oz
with a
95" wingspan and it also flew with a Saito 56
Sig LT40 Trainer.
Fun airplane to fly and very stable so no problem for a
beginner to
handle but would keep and experienced flyer happy with all its
aerobatic capabilities. Powered with a TT46pro
Control hookup
(pull-pull) on rudder and elevator. Mounted behind cockpit area to allow
for
interior detailing. When completed this model had rudder pedals and
control stick that moved
with the controls, very cool looking.
At the present time
there are 5 planes on my building table. A 1/7 scale P47D 72" wingspan, a J3
Cub 1/4 scale 108" wingspan and 3 electric planes of my own design of which
is my favorite a 60"
wingspan twin engine dh-4 caribou manufactured by
DeHaviland aviation of Canada. The caribou
(or bou) as we called it in
Nam was officially designated as the CV2 but the many variants
included
the B model which had the R-2800 Pratt & Whitney radials in it. One heck of
an
airplane. As soon as I get a chance I will put some pics on my
website.

At the present time
I am planning 2 more aircraft but haven't made the decision on which to add. I
will make that decision at a later date and then post on this website
what I have chosenand make all
details of the aircraft available.
